1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a membership, book a class, buy event tickets or order products from Figure Artist Fitness Club through this website, WhatsApp or at the club. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 16, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
2. Memberships
- A membership gives the named member(s) access to the gym floor during opening hours for the period you choose. A couple membership covers two named people on the same plan and dates.
- Online memberships are activated at the front desk on or after the start date you chose. Please bring your order number.
- Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
- One- and three-month plans include a one-time admission fee; six- and twelve-month plans do not. We always confirm the admission fee before you pay it.
- Prices shown at the time you order are the prices you pay. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals.
3. Using the club safely
- Follow staff instructions and the posted gym rules, re-rack equipment and respect other members.
- If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, please get advice from a doctor before training and tell our coaches.
- We may suspend or end a membership for serious or repeated breaches of the rules, abusive behaviour or unsafe conduct, after giving you a chance to explain.
- Opening hours are shown on the website. Closed on public holidays, including Poya days. We may occasionally close for maintenance or events and will give notice where we can.
4. Classes, bookings & waitlists
- Class bookings are free for members and hold a place for you.
- If a class is full you can join the waitlist. When a booked member cancels, the first person on the waitlist is moved up automatically.
- Please cancel bookings you can’t attend so someone else can take the spot. Repeated no-shows may limit future bookings.
- Timetables, coaches and capacities can change; we’ll let booked members know about cancellations.
5. Events & tickets
- Event details (date, venue, price, eligibility) are shown on each event page. “Provisional” dates are not final until confirmed.
- Some events are for members (and family where stated) only.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event you can choose a full refund. See the Refund Policy for other cases.
- Competitions are run under rules we publish in advance. Judges’ decisions on the day are final.
6. Online orders & pricing
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include every charge shown. Delivery and admission fees are shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it (by payment confirmation, on the order page, or by message). We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and will refund anything you paid.
- Product images may be illustrations; colours can vary slightly between screens.
7. Payment methods
- Card: processed on our payment provider’s secure page. Your order is confirmed once the provider confirms payment.
- Cash on delivery / at the club: pay the courier or the front desk on collection.
- Bank transfer: use your order number as the reference. We confirm the order once the funds clear.
- WhatsApp: your order is sent to us on WhatsApp and confirmed in the chat, where we also arrange payment.
8. Pickup & delivery
You can collect products free at the club, or choose island-wide delivery for the fee shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of confirming your order and will tell you if there is a delay. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered or collected.
9. Accounts
Keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You can close your account at any time from your account.
10. Website content
The site’s photos, logos and text belong to Figure Artist Fitness Club or are used with permission. Transformation photos show individual members’ results; results vary from person to person and are not a guarantee.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for personal items left at the club. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on the date of your order applies to that order.
